The Petersham Hotel in Richmond
Speaking as a wedding photographer, this hotel is a truly beautiful place to have a wedding reception. It has an way of portraying elegance and style. I would go so far as to say it is one of the best venue to use in Richmond, and in the top ten venues in Surrey. The views over the Thames river are simply astonishing. Again this may have a lot to do with the location and elevation of the hotel. The building itself is fantastic. The exterior has stunning details and elegant brickwork. The interior has a beautiful staircase above the chequered ground floor, again making for beautiful wedding photography.
I wanted to put a post on the blog to show these beautiful pictures we captured on the day. The weather was kind to us on the wintery morning which resulted in a beautiful sky and very soft light. This image I photoshopped to convert the yellow wallpaper to blue. It was very effective and i'm very happy with the result.
